Four friends and a passion to make building a home something to enjoy, not just survive. That’s how IRIE started. Between us, we’ve spent decades turning ideas into homes, and we’re always believed the whole experience could be done better. Not just the homes, everything around them. So we set out to create the kind of company we’d actually want to build with.

We each bring something different to the table. Ivan runs the business and keeps everyone moving. Elia is our ideas guy, always chasing a smarter way to make things. Richard has been building homes since the nineties and looks after construction. Ivor knows the numbers and the property world inside out. Four different strengths, and one thing we all agree on. The way a home gets built should feel as good as the home itself.

That shows up in how we work. We look after the whole journey for families across Sydney, not just the build, so you’re never left to figure it out on your own. We manufacture smarter offsite and build better onsite, which makes the process faster and calmer without cutting corners on the finish. And we treat everyone we work with like friends. We’re warm, we’re straight with you, and the relationships matter to us as much as the homes.
